Sally Barr Ebest is Professor Emerita in the Department of English at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her research specialty is Irish American women writers; her current research focuses on Irish American women’s autobiographies; her recent publications appear in MELUS, Religion and Literature, and the Oxford Handbook of Modern Irish Fiction.
