Beth O’Leary Anish, PhD is a New England ACIS board member. Her research interests include 20th century Irish American fiction and memoir, and literature of immigration and diaspora. She has published in the New Hibernia Review. She is Professor of English at the Community College of Rhode Island. Her first book, Irish American Fiction from World War II to JFK: Assimilation, Anxiety, and Activism, was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2021.
