Li Ye (liye0011@e.ntu.edu.sg) is a Ph.D. candidate at Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), funded by an NTU Research Scholarship. Her research focuses on the formation of both meaning and aesthetic significance across different literary genres. Her current research is to investigate the aesthetic function of artist-characters in contemporary Irish fiction and drama.
