Rosaleen was born in Cork. She first moved from Ireland to the South of England and then to the North of England before she relocated to Carmel Indiana, USA in 1990. She now spends her time between Carmel Indiana and Youghal, Co Cork

Rosaleen is an Artist, Poet, Educator and Entrepreneur. She loves to read her poetry and share the stories behind them. Learn about her historic roots in Inchigeelagh, her “blow in” roots in Youghal and her newly planted roots in Carmel Indiana.

Currently a full time writer, she also has time for her volunteer positions: President, International Women Indiana and Co- Founder/President, Carmel Creative Writers, Inc..

Presentations: OBheal, Cork as part of Women the World Over- organized by Paul Casey supported by a grant from Community Foundation for Ireland.

Featured local poet at Carmel Clay Library, Brick Street Poetry.

Rosaleen has read her poetry at the Cell Theatre New York 2017 and 2019.

Publications: Point of Connection and Point of Reflection- Paintings and Poetry books.

Along with her professional career, she loves spending time with family and friends and travelling over and back to Ireland as often as possible.
