I am an Associate Professor of Law in the University of Toulouse Capitole, where I teach International and European Law at the European School of Law. I Hold a PhD from Bordeaux University on “The EU as a Third party to Member States Agreements”.

My main fields of research are EU policies, EU external relations and the democratic transition in Central and Eastern European countries.
