Michael Connerty teaches film history and visual culture at the National Film School/IADT in Dublin. He recently completed his PhD studies at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts, London, where his focus was on Victorian/Edwardian British comics, specifically the work of Jack B. Yeats. His monograph on The Comic Strip Art of Jack B. Yeats was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2021
