Lawrence Eson has studied Medieval Irish and Celtic Literature, Mythology, and Languages since 1990. My UCLA Ph.D. dissertation was entitled “Merlin and the Celtic Wild Man as Poet and Prophet.” I have published a number of articles in early Irish, Welsh, and other Celtic literatures on the Celtic Wild Man Legend, the early Fenian stories about Finn Mac Cumhall and his fían band, and many other topics in Celtic and Norse mythology. I have also presented numerous papers at academic conferences over the past 30-plus years.
