Jason Matthew Buchanan is an Assistant Professor of English at The City University of New York—Hostos. His work focuses on how contemporary literature critiques the impact of globalization. Of particular interest to his scholarship is how economic and political decisions shape the way authors understand everyday spaces and routines. His work has been published in Modern Drama, Studies in the Humanities, Studi Irlandesi, and Modern Fiction Studies.
