I am an emeritus professor from SUNY who has specialized in Modernist and Contemporary Irish Literatures, publishing for over 40 years on the work of W.B. Yeats (Yeats as Editor, A Descriptive Catalog of Yeats’s library etc.), having taught numerous seminars on Yeats sponsored by the NEH in Galway and Sligo. I have held two Fulbright grants, at Presidency College, Kolkata and at Trinity College, Dublin disseminating my work on Seamus Heaney. I have presented at the “Listen Now” exhibition of Heaney’s work in Dublin and made presentations on American Heaney at Queen’s University, Belfast and NUI Galway.
