My research interests include contemporary Irish women writers, folklore. James Joyce, the Irish short story, post-colonialism, intertextuality, and politics and literature. Have presented frequently on writers including: Éilis Ní Dhuibhne, Claire Keegan, Clare Boylan, Mary Costello, and Maeve Binchy. Currently completing a book-length study of contemporary short fiction by Irish women writers.
