Andréa Caloiaro holds a PhD in English from the University of Florida, where he currently teaches courses in discipline-specific writing, literature, and cultural studies through his department, The University Writing Program. His research examines Irish texts on warfare and militarism through the lenses of trauma theory, narratology, and literature’s relationship to historiography and public commemoration. His articles appear in Aethlon, Etudes Irlandaises, and E-Keltoi.
