ACIS Directory of Irish Studies

guide_fourSince the 1970s the American Conference for Irish Studies has collected information on Irish Studies courses and programs in North America, with a particular focus on the United States. This information appeared in numerous editions as the published Guide to Irish Studies in the United States, edited by Maureen Murphy. In the 2000s this guide moved to an online version, The Electronic Guide to Irish Studies, revised and edited by James E. Doan, Kathryn Conrad, and Matthew Jockers.

The Guide is now available once again in an online version, and members are encouraged to create new entries describing their institution’s offerings and programs or to update previous entries. At present, as with earlier guides, the scope is the United States and Canada. This may change in future iterations should members desire an expansion in geographic scope.
