All ACIS national and regional meetings are hosted by members of the organization. Regional meetings attract 50-150 members, and national meetings attract 350-500 members. If you are interested in hosting an ACIS meeting, please contact ACIS Vice President Aidan Beatty (vice-president@acisweb.org) at least two years before the date of the conference you wish to host. You will also need to send a letter outlining your proposal for hosting the meeting. Potential conference hosts should be able to demonstrate the support of their affiliated academic institution for the proposal.
